Independents launch joint campaign for good governance
DNIS News Network -- Javed Abidi and Shiv Khera have pledged support for each other in their bid to win independent seats in the constituencies of New Delhi and South Delhi.
Abidi is a leading disability rights campaigner and Khera is a well-known author and motivator. They have joined forces in an attempt to make voters aware that they are not restricted to voting for one of the two main political parties. They plan to focus on their joint aim of working to bring about good governance.
"Our voters are educated, intelligent and sensible people who are fed up with the hollow promises of the netas," said Abidi.
